Engage Stakeholders: Build relationships with main contractors, structural engineers, and other specifiers across the construction industry. Promote the adoption of the company’s advanced steel reinforcement solutions to senior-level decision-makers, emphasizing key benefits such as cost savings, efficiency, and sustainability. Deliver results: Both short term and medium terms sales results and be able to present effectively at boardroom level and close deals on the first meeting whenever possible. What You Bring A Hunter mentality with a track record of success in technical sales, specification sales, or similar roles in construction or engineering sectors. A proven track record of achieving revenue growth, consistently exceeding sales targets, and securing high-value projects. Established networks within Tier 1 contractors or high-value markets such as Data Centres, Pharma, or Renewable Energy. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise the quick wins, calculate, solve, and sell complex proposals. Experience delivering CPDs or technical presentations, with a structural engineering or technical background being highly advantageous.
