Our client is a well known name within the residential and commercial industry with a specialism in Solar PV & Battery Storage Solutions. Duties Provide assistance with planning on-site activities in accordance with customer and design engineers requirements and maintain open lines of communication with customers and engineering staff. Communicate regularly with engineers on the status of projects, and with them, coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. Answering Incoming Phone Calls Following up on quotes issued with phone calls to receive feedback Regular Email Contact with clients on project updates Preparation and Issuing of Contracts for New Projects and setting up Client Account on System Preparing Health & Safety Documentation for Projects Preparation of MCS,G98 Certificates & Handover Manuals for Clients Assist Managing Director with Call-Outs and upcoming Work Schedule including service database of 300 customers. Jobs to be planned and booked in on work management system. Ensure that all project paper work required such as pressure test certificates, method statements, risk assessments etc. are completed for each project and placed in the appropriate file in the Office Share Drive. Provide regular reports to the Director, on project performance against targets and budgets and attend internal team meetings as required. Deal with customer queries in a professional manner and ensure all queries are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer, representing the company in a positive and friendly manner at all times. Prepare Sales Invoices and Statements, Credit Control, Posting and Filing Incoming Purchase Invoices Managing Supplier Credit Accounts and Issuing Payments for Approval Engage the various social media outlets that the company use to promote its business. Upload project information/ photographs on a weekly basis to ensure social media platforms are kept up to date. Any other duties, within reason and capability, associated with this position as determined by the Directors. Criteria Good level of secondary education demonstrating high degrees of numeracy and literacy Experience of working in an office environment GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) Experience using Microsoft Outlook Email System Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point Experience in working in a team Experience in preparing reports and invoices Experience in preparing site specific method statements and risk assessments Contact Nicky Strutt
