In addition, responsible for carrying out surveys on units, diagnosing faults, repairing units and on completion testing to confirm functionality. Key responsibilities include: To undertake Test and inspection activities as directed by the Test, Survey and repair Lead. To produce documentation in detail to support test results. Write in-depth reports detailing failures and defective components. To provide support to Engineering on prototype equipment and procedures, advising on any specialist test requirements needed. Use problem solving skill to prove faults. Survey of units to establish condition and diagnosing faults. Supporting the maintenance and improvement of test equipment. Qualifications & Experience: Hold a qualification in Electrical & Electronics L3 or higher or equivalent experience. A good understanding of test practices. Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and programming. Be able to read circuit diagrams and fault find to component level. Be able to repair to IPC 620 and 610 standards.
