We are looking for a part time HR Adviser with experience in managing an employment relations case load. It is a demanding but rewarding role which covers a range of HR activities. As a member of our HR Advice team, you will support the HR Business Partners with the provision of advice to managers and employees on routine HR issues, HR policies and procedures and terms and conditions of service. You will be required to take an active role in supporting casework ensuring accurate records are maintained. A key focus area is attendance management, and you will support managers at review meetings taking a proactive role to reduce absence to help achieve company targets. The successful candidate will assist in researching and developing policy and guidance documents and draft reports and dashboards to be shared with senior management. You will also facilitate the arrangement of regular meetings including scheduling, room booking, producing agendas, note taking and general administrative support.
The role is varied, and you should have a sound knowledge of attendance management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and recruitment. Applicants will have achieved a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
