The Role of a Hire Desk Manager
As a Hire Desk Manager, you will develop strong customer relationships in a cluster of stores offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. You will support coverage across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

4. Excellent organisational abilities, with a talent for balancing workloads and meeting service demands.
5. Holds a valid driver's license.
What does the Hire Desk Manager involve?
1. Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder’s merchant in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business, long-term loyalty and optimise sales through effective sales techniques.
3. You will use a company van and fuel card to travel to different locations.
