About the Role:
* Support pupils across varied age groups and settings
* Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
* Work with pupils with SEN, ALN, and behavioural needs
* Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Take on both long-term roles and short-notice cover depending on your availability

✅ We’re Looking For:
* Someone who is flexible and confident supporting children in both mainstream and SEN schools
* Must be able to drive!
* A calm, resilient personality with great communication skills
* Someone who is happy to travel across RCT (driving licence and access to transport ideal)
* A proactive individual who can build rapport quickly with staff and students
* Experience is preferred, but not essential – training is available
