Your role at Veezu: The Trading Analyst will be responsible for optimisation of efficiency and alignment across a variety of projects and processes. This role involves refining processes through strong data analysis and reporting to improve efficiencies. Reporting into the Head of Business Analytics, you will be responsible for analysing and reporting on data to produce outcomes to drive growth. We are a tech-driven on-demand mobility service that supports our hyper-local communities, helping them thrive and so much more What you’ll do: Operations and Project Management: Support operational functions to optimise existing processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and engagement in trading activities. Support in the development of operations for trading projects Manage daily operations reports and tasks, ensuring smooth functioning and timely execution of responsibilities. Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Conduct thorough KPI analysis to measure the performance of various projects, identifying key areas for improvement and efficiency. Automate and streamline processes to enhance productivity Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Utilise interviews, document analysis, surveys, and site visits to elicit requirements for growth Critically evaluate information from multiple sources to understand user needs and requirements clearly. Develop comprehensive documentation on processes ensuring these are maintained Technical and Analytical Expertise: Employ strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into operational and application requirements. Engage independently and collaboratively in multiple initiatives, providing critical analysis and strategic insights.
