This role is for a Systems Engineering Delivery Manager to lead multiple future capability projects.
Responsibilities
* The Systems Engineering Delivery Manager is responsible for:
o Leadership & Governance of multiple multi-functional teams
o Keeping the project on budget
o Mitigation / management of risks to lowest level possible
o Managing and owning the engineering resources
o Tracking progress / milestones
o Look for potential opportunities to benefit the projects
o Ensuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriately
Qualifications
* A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject
Essential skills
* Engineering Management
* Full knowledge of 'V' lifecycle
* Leadership & Management
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Resource and Integrated Business Planning
Experience
* Engineering Management
* Systems Engineering (MBSE is desirable)
* Leadership & Management
* Resource and Integrated Business Planning
* Marine / Air defence projects desirable
