Job Description As Head of Commercial Data and Insights your core mission is to help Topshop and Topman make more informed decisions. We aim to build long-term sustainable growth and we will achieve this by facilitating world-class planning and execution through clear understanding of the drivers of our brand success. The role is based in our London HQ, will report directly into the Managing Director, TOPSHOP & TOPMAN, and will work closely with the TSTM Trading, Product and Marketing teams. The Role: Partner with the leadership team to set the strategic direction and activities of TSTM. Ensure that growth plans are robust and maximise value for the brands and ASOS. Build and manage forecasts and provide internal reporting on our KPIs. Collaborate closely with trading team to understand and analyse daily trading performance. Use a data-led approach to discover, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Providing insightful analysis to improve business performance across activities including product selection, trading strategies and our marketing approach. Deliver insightful ad-hoc analysis and build business case for new opportunities and investments Lead the weekly and monthly business reviews to provide the broader team with a detailed understanding of the drivers of our performance
