Location: Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.
Working Model: Competitive hybrid working model - 2 days at the head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing impactful digital marketing campaigns across all AS digital channels. You will excel in driving performance through analytics and take pleasure in developing innovative strategies based on your market insights and personal experience. As an excellent communicator, you will enjoy collaborating with internal teams and managing relationships with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
2. Execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display campaigns.
3. Manage engaging content across all digital platforms, adopting a test and learn approach to understand the right message, on the right platform, at the right time.
4. Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against KPIs.
5. Utilize performance analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement through testing and new initiatives.
6. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and tactics.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
9. Effectively communicate with and manage external agencies, keeping them informed about company activities and holding them accountable for channel performance.
10. Be an ambassador for the business and champion the Ann Summers brand values in everything you do.
We’re looking for someone who is:
1. An experienced Digital Marketing Manager, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure industry.
2. Possesses strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker, with a strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
3. An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder, establishing productive internal and external relationships.
4. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
6. A person who cares about doing a great job and empowering others with the quality of what they do.
