You will look after a broad range of products and handle all associated claims including Commercial Combined, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet, Liability, Cyber, Financial Institutions & FinTech, PA/Travel, Property Owners, Technology, Contractors All Risk, Marine, Retail, Design and Construct, Manufacturing, Trade Credit, Hospitality & Leisure and more!
This broker's policies include a variety of different trades, stemming from mid-market and Corporate clients, with premiums starting from circa GBP2,000 up to GBP2,000,000.
Currently, all the company’s brokers look after their own claims from cradle to grave, and this is an exciting opportunity to establish this broker's Claims Offering, shaping the claims service offered to clients and looking after the company’s VIP Corporate clients. Claims may involve large-scale incidents.
As the new Claims Manager, you will need to manage your own workload, have excellent administrative skills, be task-focused, and want to develop and nurture your career with them.
The right candidate will be given full assistance to settle into the company culture and will work closely with senior members of the established Commercial Department, attending regular client and insurer meetings, becoming an integral part of each client’s servicing team.

To be considered, you must have experience dealing with complex Motor Fleet claims with a minimum of 2 years' experience looking after Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, PI, and Management Liability claims. You will also need to possess a good understanding of end-to-end claims procedures along with knowledge using claims systems including MOJ & OIC portals, with a comprehensive understanding of insurer markets.
You will ideally have at least intermediate knowledge of Acturis.
Salary on offer is GBP35-45,000 depending on experience, based in London 2 or 3 days a week with the rest being able to be worked remotely. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional out of hours hospitality and entertainment events.
