Store Manager - Swindon - Salary £30,000 - £34,000 + 10% Bonus

Our client is a globally renowned brand known for its premium quality and innovation, seeking an enthusiastic Retail Store Manager for their Westfield White City store. This is a key leadership role where you'll partner with the Divisional Manager to drive store performance, lead a dynamic team, and ensure customers enjoy a top-tier experience every time they visit.
As a Store Manager, you'll be a role model and a brand ambassador, inspiring your team to meet and exceed targets. You'll play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding customer journey and fostering a positive, results-driven store culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Divisional Manager in daily store operations, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to provide excellent customer service through effective product knowledge and strong communication skills.
3. Drive sales performance and work with the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
4. Stay up-to-date with products, promotions, and marketing activities, and pass on this knowledge to your team.
5. Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
6. Oversee stock control processes, including delivery management and loss prevention.
7. Assist in staff development through mentoring, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
8. Ensure operational compliance with company Health & Safety, administrative, and security procedures.
9. Maintain a clean, organised store environment, including the back office and stock room.
10. Contribute fresh ideas and insights to management meetings, helping to shape the store's success.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a premium retail environment.
2. Proven track record in team development, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong commercial awareness with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to lead by example.
5. A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with the ability to solve problems and preempt challenges.
6. Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident with a strong sense of professionalism.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the business needs.
