We're hiring Support Worker for our services in Walsall!
This role involves driving Service Users from the services to planned activities and helping with daily tasks.

A valid UK manual driving licence is essential for this role.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Support Service Users in daily living tasks, including domestic chores, meal prep, budgeting, and community engagement.
• Implement individualized support plans to achieve unique goals and aspirations.
• Provide person-centred care on a 1-2-1 or 2-1-2 basis.
• Maintain accurate records, including Daily Notes, Risk Assessments, Medication Administration, and Incident Reports.
• Collaborate with professionals, families, and in-house support practitioners when needed.

Salary: £11.44 per hour
Contracts Available:
37.5 hours (162.5 per month) = 15 (12-hour) shifts per month.
33 hours (143 per month) = 13 (12-hour) shifts per month.
22 hours (95.33 per month) = 9 (12-hour) shifts per month.
