Overview of Role: Reed Marketing and Creative are partnered with a well-known consumer brand who are seeking a Senior Data Analytics and CRM Manager to drive data-driven digital marketing strategies, goals, and KPIs across their product categories. This role includes managing their CRM strategy and leading a small team. Key Responsibilities: Data Process Management: Ensure the correct functioning of data processes. Collaborate with strategy, demand generation, merchandising, and site experience teams to architect solutions for reporting, monitoring, and testing. CRM Program Oversight: Lead the strategy and implementation of all CRM communication programs, including automated and tactical campaigns. Marketing Analysis: Provide campaign performance analysis as requested. Data Quality Maintenance: Enhance data quality through ongoing data cleansing processes and standardisation efforts. Documentation: Maintain or create data process documentation. Perform list uploads, ensuring data quality and compliance. Qualifications & Experience: 7 years of data marketing experience with data management responsibilities. Proficiency in Google Marketing Cloud tools and statistical software such as R, Python, BigQuery etc. Previous experience managing teams using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Advanced Excel skills and data visualisation expertise (Tableau or Locker Studio preferred). Experience as a Brand/Marketing Strategist with measurable campaign outcomes.
