Job Description Make your mark as a Senior Marine Engine Fitter at Gardline We are looking for a Senior Marine Engine Fitter to provide a skilled mechanical engineering and technical service for the marine workshop and company fleet of multi-role survey vessels. Running world-leading multi-disciplinary marine survey operations takes a diverse, dynamic and talented team, who are knowledgeable, skilled and flexible. This role is workshop based in Great Yarmouth but will also require attendance at mobilisations or travel to company vessels both in the UK and abroad, sometimes at short notice. Your responsibilities include: Providing a skilled mechanical engineering and technical service for the marine workshop. Provide and maintain a high standard and quality of work in the marine workshop & on vessels Repair and maintain the company’s fleet of survey vessels, at any location worldwide & ensure timely completion. Carry out class machinery surveys as instructed by superintendents. Ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental company policies are adhered to & promote safe working practices.
