As a Commis Chef, you'll be part of a passionate kitchen team working with the finest Scottish produce. You'll play a key role in food preparation and cooking, helping to deliver high-quality dishes for in one of our four kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. We're looking for someone with a passion for British and Scottish cuisine, and an appreciation for working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Most importantly, you'll be a great fit for our motivated and friendly brigade. Expect a varied shift pattern, primarily covering breakfast and dinner service.
