Due to ongoing growth, they are expanding their Service Management team and are looking to add a Lead Service Delivery Manager!

Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee a team of SDMs across various client accounts.
* Facilitate the smooth transition of new services from projects to Business as Usual (BAU).
* Ensure all operational processes are documented and maintained for accurate customer reporting.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensuring SLAs are met..
Skills/Must have:
* Experience leading SDMs and managing complex client needs.
* Proven success in service delivery.
* Good broad technical knowledge
* Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management.
* Excellent client engagement skills, especially in IT services for government and private sector clients.
