Due to ongoing growth, they are expanding their Service Management team and are looking to add a Lead Service Delivery Manager!

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee a team of SDMs across various client accounts.
2. Facilitate the smooth transition of new services from projects to Business as Usual (BAU).
3. Ensure all operational processes are documented and maintained for accurate customer reporting.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
Skills/Must have:
1. Experience leading SDMs and managing complex client needs.
2. Proven success in service delivery.
3. Good broad technical knowledge.
4. Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management.
5. Excellent client engagement skills, especially in IT services for government and private sector clients.
