Quality Manager – Home Care

The Role:
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the organization and ensuring staff adherence to the SSSC code of conduct. This includes regular audits and monitoring of processes to guarantee quality of care for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining high standards of quality assurance and control
* Ensuring staff adherence to regulatory requirements, such as the SSSC code of conduct
* Conducting regular audits and monitoring processes to maintain quality of care
* Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with senior management to achieve quality objectives
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
