As a Volunteer Ward Support member on our Neurology High Care Ward, you'll play an essential role in improving the patient experience. Your main tasks will include:
1. Comforting patients: Spend time talking to patients and reassuring those who may feel anxious or nervous.
2. Mealtime assistance: Help serve beverages, assist during mealtimes, and clear trays and cups afterward.
3. Keeping the ward organised: Restock shelves and trolleys to ensure everything runs smoothly for patients and staff.
