THE JOB ROLE We are building a product culture at Datapharm focusing on understanding customer and user needs and creating products which align with our mission of improving the accessibility, effectiveness, and excellence of medical information. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who has worked in both product and sales-led environments and thrives on developing innovative solutions and iteratively delivering both user and business value. WHAT YOU’LL DO Main duties & responsibilities: Building relationships with the wider Datapharm business, collaborating closely with researchers and subject matter experts to build your own domain knowledge. You will be crafting prioritised roadmaps that contain not features, but themes and problems to be solved, linked to business outcomes. Helping your team create hypotheses, you'll delight in experimentation. Testing assumptions and validating solutions through a mix of lean design sprints, workshops and dual track agile. Focus on delivering value early and through continuous improvement to your product set. Lead autonomous cross-functional squads, who define and ship functionality to tackle user problems. Driving successful delivery of consumer products from conception to adoption, you'll use data-informed metrics to determine how people experience our products. Understanding the needs of both our customers and users and identifying opportunity spaces and growth levers. Research the market, competitors and clients to help continually conceptualise the future state of our products. Report the status of your product development and impacts to the wider business. Represent Datapharm at industry events. ABOUT YOU Skills, Expertise & Competencies: Subject Matter Expertise & Credibility: Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. Understanding risks and tradeoffs: Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. Intellectually curious: Able to learn quickly, assimilating new information and synthesising viewpoints/hypotheses. Able to become proficient in new areas in weeks, not months. Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing. Emotional Intelligence: High EQ and empathy for both our external customers (i.e., Pharmas, Patients & Healthcare Professionals) and internal customers (senior stakeholders, cross-functional collaborators).
