The Role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Assistant Admin Manager within the Student Administration team. This role focuses on supporting key student administration processes, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to a proactive, student-centered service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
In this role, you will play a vital part in the smooth operation of student administration, with responsibilities that include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support student administration processes.
* Acting as an expert on student administrative procedures, resolving complex issues, and managing data relating to enrolments, funding, examinations, and certifications.
* Ensuring the accurate collection, validation, and storage of student data, in line with GDPR and internal policies.
* Coordinating student-related events such as enrolments, open days, and examinations.
* Supporting continuous improvement efforts across student administration services and leading the implementation of changes where needed.
* Providing guidance and training to staff on administrative systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
