The Role
Working within the New Business Team to provide a first-class level of service to all new and existing clients. This role involves explaining the legal transactional process to clients, quoting for work to be undertaken, following up in a timely manner, and cross-selling additional services within the business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Answer new business enquiries (calls and emails).
2. Provide accurate estimates to clients and referrers.
3. Follow up on all estimates and provide feedback.
4. Offer administrative support to property fee-earning teams and address the specific needs of the residential property department.
5. Utilize Case Management Systems, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel with accuracy.
6. Ensure accurate data entry into electronic portals during the client introduction process.
7. Promote the business services to customers and cross-sell legal services within the new business team.
8. Comply with GDPR requirements regarding the handling of clients' personal information.
9. Assist clients by answering questions and guiding them through the new client onboarding process.
10. Collaborate with account managers to optimize relationships with referring partners and address potential issues proactively.
11. Build strong relationships across managed accounts to enhance referrer engagement and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
What's Required
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Sales background is essential - ideally from a property/legal business development background.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Customer service-focused mindset.
The Rewards
1. Basic salary £25-£30k plus - depending on experience.
2. OTE - £50k plus - this is uncapped, with incentives and bonuses.
3. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
4. Hybrid working (after 3 months onboarding).
5. Office location - East Croydon (close to station).
6. 25 days holiday.
