Our client is a leading expert undergoing a great amount of growth, seeking a temporary customer service agent to support them during a busy period with the view of becoming permanent.
Job Description
Customer Interaction:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
* Address and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
* Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and order status.
Internal Coordination:
* Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Coordinate with the Operations & Logistics teams to track orders and manage delivery timelines.
Administrative Support:
* Follow up on outstanding customer issues where required.
* Track sales and product inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate team members to take necessary actions.
Team Collaboration:
* Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in coordinating with multiple departments is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
