We are supporting a market-leading convertor of wheelchair accessible vehicles, minibuses, vehicle adaptations, bespoke vehicle conversions and campervans as they seek a SALES and MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR to manage lead generation.
Based in Newton Abbot, this long-established and highly successful business serves a wide range of customers across the UK, including the Motability scheme, local councils, leasing companies, schools, and private retail customers.
Candidates will need to be well-organised administrators who can work confidently with a range of IT (including Microsoft Office). Strong organisational skills and the willingness to multitask are essential attributes, as are the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
Your daily activities will include:
* Managing incoming marketing-generated leads, recording them onto the internal system, and sharing them with sales team.
* Monitoring the progression of leads.
* Measuring lead conversion.
* Qualifying hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team.
* Managing the renewal campaigns.
* Updating of the email databases.
* Managing online vehicle stock to ensure it is kept accurate and up to date.
* Purchase order creation and liaison with the accounts team.
* Managing the print procurement for the department.
* Booking accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions.
* Appropriately commenting on messages received via social media and Google.
