The Board of Trustees wish to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior HR Business Partner. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to become part of our school team. The post holder will be expected to work a hybrid arrangement, flexibly across sites when needed, in line with business needs and priorities. The post holder will support academies across the North West Hub, so must be able to travel.
The successful candidate will have:
* Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) Level 7 qualification or equivalent (or to be currently working towards).
* Experience of leading, motivating and developing staff within a HR and payroll operational environment.
* Knowledge of principles, practices and procedures relating to human resource management and organisational development.
* The ability to lead and deliver HR management, support and projects across our academies.
* Experience of interpreting legislation, policy and guidance to contribute to the formulation of local policies and procedures that ensure compliance with national requirements.
* Excellent ICT skills and be able to utilise a number of different packages.
* Working knowledge of UK employment law and proposed legislation changes.
* The ability to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the trust.
