Role: Accounts Assistant reporting to the Finance Manager

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Role Overview
Accounts Assistant role providing support and cover for other members of the Accounts team. Initially tasks would include those listed below but the successful candidate will have an appetite and willingness to take on other tasks as required:
Accounts Payable
* Purchase Invoice processing
* Maintaining cost analysis spreadsheets
* Bank Reconciliation
* Filing and other ad-hoc office duties
Accounts Receivable
* Sales invoice processing
* Chasing customer payments
* Bank reconciliation
* Replying to invoice copy requests
* Monitoring customer credit ratings
* Filing and other ad-hoc office duties

1. HMRC Deferment Statement processing
