Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Projects based across NI & ROI (Some travel might be required)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management
o Uphold the highest standards of safety and environmental management.
o Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
2. Project Strategy Development and Monitoring
o Develop and monitor project strategies to align with company objectives.
o Adjust strategies as needed to ensure project success.
3. Quality Management
o Implement strategies to deliver quality builds meeting project specifications.
o Ensure compliance with required standards.
4. Client Relationship Management
o Effectively manage client expectations.
o Maintain professional and positive client relationships.
5. Project Delivery and Communication
o Develop and implement project delivery programs.
o Ensure clear and effective team communication to meet deadlines.
6. Monitoring, Reporting, and Corrective Actions
o Regularly track project progress.
o Report on performance and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
7. Operational and Budget Management
o Oversee operational aspects to meet budgetary requirements.
o Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities.
8. Team Leadership and Motivation
o Lead and motivate the project team and supply chain.
o Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
9. Continuous Professional Development
o Encourage ongoing professional development for the team.
o Maintain technical competence and awareness.
10. Standard Procedures Implementation
o Ensure consistent application of standard procedures.
11. Project Handover and Defect Management
o Manage the project handover process.
o Ensure defect-free completion and manage defects during the defect period.
12. Continuous Improvement
o Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Essential and Desirable Criteria:
* Proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
* Ability to manage costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
* Efficient use of staff and resources.
* Accurate interpretation of contract documents, programs, drawings, and technical specifications.
* Understanding and appropriately sharing build programs.
* Ability to manage teams, including supply chain, direct employees, and consultants.
* Possession of an appropriate CSCS card.
Work Environment:
* This role involves a mix of office-based work and on-site presence.
