B2 Relief Admin Assistant – Strathbrock PC
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our West Lothian Community Administration Teams as a Relief Admin Assistant to provide high quality support in the daily running of our WLHSCP community services.
As a member of the team, you will possess excellent organisation, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as a good eye for detail and a conscientious approach to your work to ensure that systems are maintained, and documents are produced to a high standard. You will be highly motivated and adaptable with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This post has a wide and varied workload working with various teams and some of these duties will include welcoming patients face to face, registering patients on TURAS, answering telephone calls and ad hoc admin tasks as required; therefore, candidates must have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided with the opportunity to learn various new skills whilst supporting multi-agency staffing groups.
Please note this post is working the following shift patterns:
1. Monday – Thursday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
2. Friday (8:30am – 4pm)
