Salary: Up to £30,229 per annum* (including SDO allowance)
37 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend working.
We are seeking a new member to join our Premises and Maintenance Team. The successful applicant will be a self-starter, confident to work on their own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a team, able and willing to support team colleagues across a broad range of day-to-day activities.
The role entails undertaking first line repairs to college buildings and infrastructure. The successful applicant will need to be competent in a wide variety of building crafts i.e. joinery, plumbing, brickwork, and general repairs. While previous experience of working in an educational environment is not essential, the successful applicant will have an interest and willingness to interact with young people.
The position is primarily based at the Sparsholt campus, with occasional working at the Andover campus required. A full-time member of staff works 37 hours per week, and the role will entail occasional evening and weekend working.
*Salary is inclusive of Site Duty Officer allowance.
