Key Responsibilities
* Design and install network products and solutions for our key account customers.
* Provide support for customers who have purchased our solutions and services.
* Work with our sales team to understand target products for solution sales.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrable certifications with a mainstream vendor, appropriate to a senior network engineer.
Main Accountabilities - PreSales & Design
* Work with key account sales managers to ensure professional and technically correct responses to customer proposals.
* Ensure proposals include suitable information about installation work, pre-requisites, and caveats.
* Other presales tasks as assigned.
Broad Contribution to the Company
* Suggest improvements to team and company processes, procedures, and platforms.
* Contribute to team meetings and actively engage with colleagues.
* Develop and improve content on Team Intranet and documentation sites.
* Mentor team members and help them improve their technical knowledge and certification.
* Develop good working relationships with other departments within the company.

Hybrid Working Policy
We operate a non-contractual hybrid working policy, where you will be required to be in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and work from home on Wednesday and Friday, unless your role has different requirements.
The Recruitment Journey
We want to fill this role quickly, but we want to get the right person. The recruitment process will consist of a screening call with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and possibly one other member of the Executive Leadership Team.
