Set and manage team resources, collaborating with HR on recruitment. Oversee tasks, coach team members, and drive the achievement of operational targets. Apply company policies to meet SLA and FCA/PRA requirements. Address and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently. Desirable Attributes: Familiarity with the legal principles of insurance and contracts. Basic knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for products, markets, and distribution channels.
