We currently have a great opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our national sales team in Falkirk.
As the Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our busy sales team by identifying business opportunities, generating leads and follow up with dormant / prospective customers, booking appointments for the outside sales team to attend and deliver an exceptional service. This new role will form an integral part of our business growth plans.
What will your day look like?
1. Calling dormant customers to regain business.
2. Cold calling contacts from prospect accounts to make introductions, generate leads and book meetings for the sales team to develop new sales opportunities.
3. Following up on activity generated by marketing activities and promotional events.
4. Updating and entering records into the company’s CRM systems
5. Identify and develop new and existing accounts to maximise the growth of sales and margin.
6. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify new or additional sales opportunities.
7. Engagement with key stakeholders across the sales team to support the realisation of the sales strategy.
8. Answering customers questions, problem resolution and providing additional information via calls and emails
9. Ensure outstanding customer care through customers and branches to realise market potential, ensuring regular communication with allocated customers.
