We are a well-established service caring for children in the Bradford and Airedale district. Our base is St Luke's Hospital in Bradford, but a lot of our work is undertaken in the community at the family home, in education settings, on the 'Children and Young Persons Ward / Accident and Emergency Department at the Bradford Royal Infirmary hospital or working alongside the local hospices - 'Martin House' in Boston Spa and 'Forget me not' in Huddersfield. As part of our team you will support families at diagnosis and throughout the child and families' journey, to make the most of every moment together.
