Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers in the food industry and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills, picking, packing, as per delivery notes, delivering to Customers.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Drive sales through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential customers.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
2. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
3. Strong communication skills.
