Job Summary/Purpose
The primary role of the Recruitment Business Partner will drive key operational recruitment activities through Line Managers and oversee the attraction and recruitment across our 22 divisional and regional business units for our Production (Site) teams across all levels of the business. You will be working closely with the HR business partners to engage the business, define the requirements, and manage the end-to-end recruitment campaigns, fostering key relationships and driving the diversity and quality of the external talent pipeline.
This role requires the individual to have some high-volume recruitment experience alongside business relationship and engagement skills.
Alongside the delivery of the recruitment, there will also be opportunities to have involvement in resourcing projects in line with the HR strategy and also work closely with the HR Operations team.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Operational recruitment delivery for Site vacancies
2. Creation of Site Social Media content aligned to our Employee Value proposition
3. Report on and continuously improve the optimization of digital advertising/sourcing
4. Working closely with senior business stakeholders, the HR Ops team, and Talent to drive engagement with the talent attraction and recruitment agenda across the organization
5. Actively headhunt talent within the Production (site) population
6. Drive a best-in-class candidate experience and journey for all recruitment processes
7. Identify and manage the appropriate external sources and relationships to proactively source top talent for the business (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal referral networks). Make recommendations for continuous improvement
8. Report on key recruitment metrics including diversity of applications, time to hire, cost per hire, and candidate experience, and provide recommendations to improve the process
9. Work closely with our internal system (SAP SuccessFactors) to partner with key stakeholders to manage the candidate experience
10. Provide up-to-date analytics relating to the progress of the recruitment
11. Working closely with senior business stakeholders, the HR Ops team, and Talent to understand current and future talent gaps across the organization
12. Report on key recruitment metrics including time to hire, cost per hire, and candidate experience
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
1. Proven track record in delivering high volume recruitment campaigns
2. Experience of improving the attraction of diverse candidates
3. Exceptional stakeholder management
4. Experience of creating social media content
5. Previous experience working in a Centre of Excellence HR structure
6. Experience of managing resourcing projects
7. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
