Key Responsibilities Execute reactive and planned electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks within NI Water facilities. Handle reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works, contributing to the future facilities management strategy. Represent GRAHAM professionally in all client interactions, delivering excellent service. Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats. Utilise electronic devices to efficiently record and complete work tasks. Resolve complex electrical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support. Adhere to the highest levels of health & safety, conducting risk assessments at the point of work. Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system. About You Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition C&G 2382. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a building maintenance role with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Current Full UK Driver’s License. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card. Desirable Criteria IOSH – Working Safely or CSCS Card. C&G 2391. Familiarity with PDAs. Asbestos awareness training.
