The Role: Define and drive a clear, motivating sales vision and culture. Establish KPIs, build scalable processes, and set high-performance standards. Coach and develop the full team — lifting overall capability, not just focusing on top performers. Take full ownership of day-to-day sales operations. Design systems and frameworks to enable sustainable growth. Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and outbound strategy. Lead from the front — bringing energy, visibility, and belief every day. About You: 5 years’ experience in senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or similar). Proven experience managing sales teams of 15 people, ideally within finance, lending, or brokerage sectors. Strong commercial finance knowledge (commercial loans and asset finance experience preferred). Expertise in CRM-driven performance management (HubSpot experience is a bonus). A track record of building high-performing teams, improving results, and scaling sales operations. A motivational leadership style that fosters focus, professionalism, and ambition.
