Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Document Controller located in Castle Mills, Kendal. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will assist with the day-to-day online documentation process, taking control of uploading and submitting documentation using various online platforms. What a typical day looks like:
To edit documentation in line with LDC requirements
To liaise directly with end client
The ability to self-manage time critical documentation
Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes
Copy, scan and store documents
Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) with direction from the team
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
File documents in physical and digital records
Create templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Fantastic PC, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organise own workload and use initiative.

High level of organisation. Efficient with thorough methods of working.
Some travel may be required to visit client sites and attend meetings.
