Tyrone and will have responsibilities associated with the commercial management and performance of various civil engineering, construction and turnkey building projects for prestigious clients located in southeast England. LiaisingandnegotiatingwithclientQSs,commercialandprojectmanagerstoensurevaluations claims and compensation events are justly appraised. Monitoringofprojectbudgetsandcostings. PreparationofweeklyandmonthlycostingsandbudgetreportsforDirector(s). Reviewofsub-contractorclaimsandpreparationofpaymentsforapprovalbyDirector(s). Additional & Shared Roles and Responsibilities Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors. Liaisingwithaccountsstafftoensureproposedsubcontractorpaymentsarevalid. Essential Skills & Qualifications Third Level Education: BA (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. A Level or equivalent in Mathematics (B or higher), 1 x Science (C or higher) and any other A- Level (C or higher). GCSELevelinMathematics(Borhigher),1xScience(Corhigher),English(Borhigher)andany other. FullClean(3pointsorless)UK/EUDrivingLicencewithexclusiveaccesstoownvehicle. Currentpassportwithatleastsixmonthstoexpiry. ExperiencedinMSExcel,MSOutlook,andtheMSWindowsfilesystem. GoodHealthNetworkRail(ML1)Medicalmaybeconducted.
