Looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Basildon.
Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership for responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails).
2. Follow the contact centre script and/or system diagnosis tool to ensure the right information is captured and validated.
3. Accurately diagnose the issue by utilising the system diagnosis tool, supplemented by your own knowledge and experience.
4. Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/inbox.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background.
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Strong administration, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
