The Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and providing technical solutions, managing integrations, and leading development teams. Expertise in Apex, LWC is essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform
* Lead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practices are adhered to
* Provide mentorship and code review feedback as required
* Daily management of a development team
* Building (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirements
* Work with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns
* Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon
* Define/refine the development workflow for the development team
* Act as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as required
Review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong expertise in Salesforce Development
* Experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead
* Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce
* Strong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System
* Expertise providing and implementing technical solutions
* Excellent technical documentation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
Good to have:
Experience implementing OmniStudio solutions
