Our client, a successful family run business, is growing their team and looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to help support their internal user base and assist with current and future IT projects.
This is a hybrid role, office attendance is required 3 of 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of 250+
* Log, triage and resolve incoming tickets
* Build, maintain and install hardware across the office
* Manage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessary
* Ensure the efficient running of all IT equipment
* Asset management, ensuring it is kept up-to-date
Technical Skillset:
* Active Directory / Group Policies
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Office applications including SharePoint, PowerShell, Intune
* Exchange
* Knowledge of virtual servers is desired but not essential
