Housing & Support Officer
Have you got the passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills?
Housing management activities form part of this role, along with supporting clients daily to empower them to resolve their problems and reach positive outcomes.
If you have relevant experience working with vulnerable people or transferable skills, we would like to hear from you. No previous experience? That’s fine, as training will be provided.
Salary – £26,000 per annum plus benefits
Location – Spelthorne
Full time – 39 hrs per week
It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
About you
You will reflect Transform’s values, act as a keyworker to named clients, and support clients to achieve their goals and live independently, ensuring they are safe and can manage risks appropriately.

* Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
* Manage your own time, deliver outcomes, and meet deadlines
* Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet)
