Description Processing payroll for all company employees. Ensuring accurate and timely payments. Handling payroll queries from employees and management. Maintaining up-to-date payroll records. Working closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data. Adhering to payroll policies and procedures, and complying with relevant law. Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Profile A successful Payroll Specialist should have: A solid understanding of payroll software. Excellent mathematical and numerical skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
