Who You Are We are seeking an experienced Social Worker with extensive experience across the child welfare system, particularly in child protection and court settings. You should have a strong ability to work in a strength-based manner with children and their families, ensuring their safety and ability to thrive. You must be three years post-qualified, registered with Social Work England without any annotations or restrictions, and possess a full driver's license and vehicle. What the Job Involves This role requires you to operate within the defined practice model of NYC, which is based on systemic principles, signs of safety, and family seeing methodology. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with the child’s network, multi-agency partners, and team colleagues. The position is office-based, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
