We are supporting a company based in Stamford who are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with ideally a minimum of 5 years experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. Although it is not essential, knowledge of a European language would be an advantage.
Duties will include:
1. Processing customer orders while providing a high level of service
2. Liaise with production regarding specific order requirements
3. Issuing paperwork for non-EU shipments
4. Undertake additional customer and order query support when required
To be successful you will have a solid customer-focused background while demonstrating longevity on your CV. Ideally, you will have some experience of customs paperwork, but this is not essential. Salary will be discussed based on your experience.
