EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a remote position. You may reside anywhere in the UK, with the expectation of being able to work from a central London location 2-4 times per month. EventMobi is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to join our growing sales team WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON Hunt and close new business by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a pipeline of sales-qualified prospects to achieve sales targets. Manage our inbound sales channel, becoming the first point of contact for prospective customers. Proactively manage outbound campaigns of target prospects that meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) and are a good potential fit for our solutions. Research and enrich prospective customer contacts to engage in personalized outreaches. Perform cold calls, InMails & emails to book initial prospecting meetings. Conduct demos with interested prospects and advance them through your pipeline. Attend industry trade shows, events and occasional prospect meetings, building relationships with your prospects both in person and remotely. Follow a structured workflow to ensure prioritized & regularly scheduled follow-ups with your prospects. Maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline forecast. Leverage a mix of communication methods (phone, meeting, social media, emails) to engage your prospects proactively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets (activity level, booked meetings, total revenue). Become an EventMobi product expert. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of sales experience. Tech-savvy with a background in associations, member-based organizations, event agencies, or event planning. Have all four? Bonus — as you’ll need to speak the language of our prospects day in and day out. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite. Attention to detail and a strong and consistent work ethic. A desire for feedback, adapting to changes, and learning very quickly. A love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your processes. The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously. Willingness and aptitude to learn the technical aspects of the platform. Genuine curiosity & excitement to continue to build a career in sales. Obtained a Bachelor's degree or relevant College equivalent. YOU ARE: A hunter at heart. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH Reporting to the UK Director of Sales and being part of our global sales team, you’ll work alongside an all-star team of Sales pros from across the globe who are passionate about serving our customers and enjoy collaborating with a healthy dose of friendly competition. You’ll also work closely with the Marketing team to identify messaging that resonates with our buyers (namely, event planners) to target personas that will find the most value in the EventMobi Solution.
