The role
There is a new, exciting opportunity for a Core Account Manager to join our high performing sales team at Nettitude.
This role requires a highly motivated individual, who can work independently in a mixed sales role of both new business development whilst also maintaining and managing accounts to maximise Sales opportunities within them. Focusing on growth and development of all regional and growth accounts
The role will work closely across LRQA Nettitude and wider group sales teams supported by our marketing, bid management and technical sales functions to generate and close Sales opportunities
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from, lead generation, though to successful close of new business and cross selling to maximising sales opportunities.
You must be personable with excellent communication skills and be able to work in harmony with all other colleagues and customers.
What you’ll be doing in your role:
1. Developing and building a strong sales pipeline in line with revenue targets set by the VP of Sales.
2. Business development and Identification of new potential prospects/clients within a developing region to onboard as new clients
3. Plan and work with Marketing to run targeted campaigns in order to onboard new clients and further generate additional opportunities within the sales pipeline
4. Manage existing in region accounts utilising effective sales account management plans to maximise sales opportunity and revenue growth within regional accounts
5. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets agreed with the VP of Sales in line with group budgetary requirements
6. Manage regional inbound sales requests to grow business opportunities
7. Work closely across both the LRQA Nettitude teams and LRQA Group sales team on cross selling and Account sales opportunity identification to maximise revenue growth
8. Identify client needs and review their requirements in order to sell tailored Cyber Security solutions
9. Construct and prepare effective Cyber Security presentations/proposals highlight solution detail and business benefit and help win/close deals.
10. Provision of timely and accurate regional sales forecasts to the VP of Sales on a weekly basis.
11. Ensure the sales opportunity funnel and client CRM information is managed efficiently to ensure high quality of data and forecasting.
12. Demonstrate a knowledge of the competitive Cyber security landscape and environment
13. Manage and liaise with new and existing clients to ensure relevant sales documentation is completed/returned during the sales process (contracts, authorisation forms, account opening forms, etc).
14. Work closely with relevant LRQA Nettitude teams Client Success and Project Management services to ensure smooth and well managed delivery of projects sold.
15. Evangelise our Security services, capabilities, products, technologies, and expertise externally, and develop networking relationships with customers and industry contacts within your aligned region.
Key Skills:
The following are the requirements for this role:
16. Previous experience in a Cyber Security based sales role covering both new business and/or account management activities.
17. Strong written and spoken English skills.
18. A natural sales ‘Hunter’ ability to find and generate new business opportunity within new business and existing accounts.
19. Previous demonstrable experience building long term and trusted relationships with client accounts.
20. Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets
21. Previous experience working with C-level and influential technical or Cyber related audiences within the sales process.
22. Excellent listening and consultative communication skills.
23. Breadth of general knowledge and experience across Cyber Security services, solutions and competitive markets
24. Good understanding of the Cyber security landscape (threats, advancements, frameworks)
25. Excellent presentation and delivery skills to capture an audience.
26. Excellent content creation skills to deliver compelling client facing materials.
27. Previous experience in effectively using Sales methodologies (Miller-Heiman, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
