Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:
* Supporting various internal teams across the business and ensuring that all administration processes are efficiently managed.
* Diary management for Senior Directors, ensuring all appointments are organized accordingly.
* Organizing facilities efficiently and supporting the internal business when required.
* Using QuickBooks to process finances.
* Event management, including travel arrangements.
* Invoicing and processing expenses accurately.
* Ordering stationery as needed.

Ideal candidates will be organized with the ability to multitask, be team players, willing to learn, maintain a positive attitude, possess good IT skills, and have excellent communication skills.
