As the Operations Manager / RI, you will:
1. Ensure high-quality care and support for young people.
2. Supervise and motivate management teams across multiple homes.
3. Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
4. Oversee contracts and placements with commissioners.
5. Monitor KPIs and use feedback for performance improvement.
6. Identify and develop growth opportunities.
7. Ensure Ofsted compliance and conduct regular audits.
8. Collaborate with the Registered Manager to maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager / RI role will have:
1. NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management (Children & Young People).
2. Multi-site management experience.
3. Experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager, or RI in Children's Residential Services.
4. A proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
